Mammoth Motorsports we are dedicated to bring you the finest quality items available
on the market today. All of the items that we offer are new, 1st quality condition.
Mammoth Motorsports does not sell used parts.
Order
Confirmation
You
will receive a confirmation email when the online order is received into our
system and an additional email with shipment and tracking information when the
order is shipped. Please verify that all of the information you entered is correct
before finalizing your purchase. Make sure that if you are using a spam protection
program that the email address that you supply will receive email from our address
mammothmotorsports@comcast.net.
If you do not receive a confirmation email within 1-2 business day from the
date that you placed the order please contact
us immediately. If you do not include an email or the address is incorrect
we will not be able to send you notification.
Shipping
Mammoth Motorsports makes every effort to process your order as soon as possible.
All orders are processed from our California warehouse, processing time is 1
- 5 business days from receipt of the order. Allow an additional 2-5 business
days shipping time depending on your location. Actual shipping time may vary
depending on shipping method and carrier. Order cut off time is 2pm pst. Orders
received after 2pm pst will be processed the following day. Most orders are
shipped via UPS ground, however we reserve the right to change shipping companies
as we see fit without notification.
Example
1(worst case): If you place an order on Friday the 1st after 2pm pst your order
will ship by Friday the 7th, if you are on the east coast you should receive
your order the following Friday the 15th.
Example
2(best case): If you place an order on Monday the 1st before 2pm pst your order
could ship on Tuesday the 2nd, if you are in California you could receive your
package as early as Wednesday the 3rd.
These
examples show a best case and worst case scenario. In any event we do not guarantee
delivery times or dates.
Expedited
Orders - Expedited orders are available upon request for an additional
charge. Since expedited services vary based on order size, shipping company
and destination you must contact our sales department at (707) 585-7677
M-F 9:30am - 6 pm pst. for more information. We use UPS
and Fedex for expedited services.
Free
Shipping - We offer free shipping on orders over $99 shipped within
the continental United States. There is an additional handling charge on any
items that are considered oversized or tires. Shipping for items under $99 will
be charged a flat rate of $16.99 plus any additional tire or oversize charges.
Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rice pay actual freight as determined
by the US Postal Service or UPS. International orders pay actual shipping charges
to your location.
PO
Boxes - Orders shipped to PO Boxes or military addresses that require shipment
via US Postal Service will be shipped using this method regardless of shipping
method selected during checkout. Expedited services are not available for PO
Boxes or military addresses.
Tires
- There is an additional handling charge of $7 per tire. Tires shipped to AK,
HI or PR may require an additional handling charge based on exact location.
Please contact
our sales department if you need additional information regarding tire shipments
to AK, HI or PR before placing the order.
Oversize
- Oversize packages require additional handling charges based on actual size
and weight. There are two different rates for oversize packages.
Oversize
1 - Packages exceeding 84 inches in combined length and girth. Oversize 1 packages
require an additional handling of up to $25.
Oversize 2 - Packages exceeding 108 inches in combined length and girth. Oversize
2 packages require an additional handling of up to $40
We
will make every effort to avoid oversize charges for our customers. Charges
may vary based on actual size and destination of packages, in any event the
oversize charge will not exceed the amount listed above. We make every effort
to list oversize items in the product description, however oversize packages
are determined during processing. If your order is found to be oversized during
processing you will be charged the additional oversize charge, without
notification. If the oversize charge in less than the maximum charge listed
above your account will be adjusted accordingly. If you have any additional

Will
Call - We offer will call for customers that are interested in picking up
their orders directly from our facility. There is no charge for will call, and
you can save on oversize and tire handling charges by picking the item up yourself.
We will contact you via email when the order is ready to be picked up. Processing
times for will call orders is 1 - 5 business days.
Returns and Exchanges
You
may exchange most items for any reason within 15 days of receipt of package.
All returns require a return merchandise authorization (RMA). Electrical
equipment, or electronic devices may not be returned for any reason. Customer's
are responsible for return shipping. Shipping for the new item from Mammoth
Motorsports to our customer's will be paid by Mammoth Motorsports. Expedited
shipping is available upon customer request at an additional charge. Exchange
items must be received at our warehouse before the replacement item can be shipped,
unless expedited service is requested. For an additional fee of $5 we can expedite
your exchange, expedited items must be paid in full and a refund will be issued
upon receipt of the return item. Items must be returned in packaging similar
to how it was received. Returned items must be in the original manufacturer's
packaging in a new, unused and un-mounted condition and must be suitable for
resale. Take care to package items properly, if an item is damaged during return
shipment due to improper packing no refund will be issued. Example - If you
exchange a helmet and the helmet that you return is scratched because it was
not returned in its protective packaging, it will not be accepted. Refunds
or adjustments will be issued upon receipt and inspection at our warehouse.
Shipping charges are non refundable. Items returned COD will be refused. Any
returned items failing to meet the return standards will be sent back to our
customer's at the customer's expense and no refund will be issued. For any additional

or call the number on your packing slip. Please contact our sales department
with the following information. Name, invoice number, telephone number, item
being returned, reason for exchange, new item information. We will provide you
with an RMA number and a return address. We will not accept a return without
an RMA number marked on the outside of the package.
Backorders
Backordered items will be shipped upon receipt on a first come first served
basis. You will be notified if a backorder is expected more than 30 days from
the order date. You will NOT be notified if the items is on backorder
for less than 30 days, and the item will ship as soon as it is available. If
an item is expected to be on backorder or we are unable to ship the item within
30 days from the date of the original order you will have the option to cancel
your order without processing fees. Your credit card will not be charged for
any items that are on backorder until that item becomes available.
Payment
For
online orders we accept Visa, Master Card, and American Express. Mammoth Motorsports
begins processing your order immediately therefore all
sales are final. We cannot revise or cancel your transaction once
we begin processing your order. We require an exact address match from the billing
address to the address on file with your credit card company. Items shipped
to a separate ship to address require additional verification, the separate
shipping address must be on file with your credit card company to expedite this
process. Please contact your credit card company with additional shipping addresses
prior to placing your order to avoid any delays. Credit cards will be charged
as soon as the items are available for processing.
Other
payment options can be arranged, check or money order, for customers that do
not have credit cards. Please contact our sales department for more information

International orders must be paid with an American Express or prepaid with a
certified check. All information is verified before the order begins processing.
Product
Information
We
have made every effort to assure that the information provided on our web site
is accurate. We will not be held liable for any mistakes caused by any information
provided on this site. This includes but is not limited to typographical errors,
pricing, colors, images, sizing and other specification.
Prices may change without notice. We will make every effort to contact you if
we discover an error before we ship your order. If you have any questions regarding
the information provided on this site or if you need to verify any of the information

Seasonal
Items
Due
to the seasonal availability of some of the items listed on our site, it may
be necessary to replace an item on your order with an updated product. We will
only do this when the item is discontinued and no longer available from the
distributor and the new item is the direct replacement. You will be notified
only if there is no direct replacement for the item that you ordered.
Warranty
Merchandise
is guarantied in accordance with the products manufacturer's warranty. Please
contact the product manufacture with any warranty questions. If you need assistance
with a warranty claim contact our returns department via E-mail at mammothmotorsports@comcast.net
or call the number on your packing slip. Do not return warranty items to Mammoth
Motorsports unless instructed to do so by Mammoth Motorsports.
Damaged
Packages
Damaged
items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of the package. If an
item arrives damaged, call Mammoth Motorsports immediately at (707)585-7677
or email at mammothmotorsports@comcast.net
include your name and telephone number and we will call you back. Keep
all packaging materials. Mammoth Motorsports will advise you of the procedure
to be followed. Do not return the item until instructed to do so. We may
advise that the shipping company to come back to pick up the package,
make sure to keep all packaging materials.
Pricing
Prices
are subject to change without notice. You will be notified if there has been
an increase in price for an item you ordered and given the opportunity to cancel.
If you are unsure of the cost of an item contact us
for price verification. We apologize for any errors due to typographical
or clerical errors, however we are not obligated to sell the product at the
incorrect price. We will make every effort to correct mistakes as soon as possible.
California residents add 7.75% for sales tax.
Privacy and Security
Mammoth
Motorsports knows that you care how information about you is used. This notice
describes our privacy policy. By visiting Mammoth Motorsports,
you are accepting the practices described in this Privacy Notice.
The information
that we collect is used solely by Mammoth Motorsports for the purpose of processing
orders and providing additional information via email as it relates to your
order or Mammoth Motorsports. We do not sell any of our customer information
to third parties. We use Secure Socket Layer protocol that protects HTTP transmissions
over the Internet by adding a layer of encryption. We use temporary "cookies"
for the sole purpose of collecting shopping basket and product information,
we do not automatically collect any information about you other than the information
that you provide to us during checkout. Visa, Master Card and American Express
provide their customers with additional online fraud protection. Check with
your credit card company for further details.
