CONSTRUCTION_Advanced composite core using fiberglass, kevlar, carbon, and spectra materials. Providing a unique blend of materials in order to provide the strongest, energy shock absorbent, flexible and penetration proof construction KBC have constructed to date. INNER SHELL_Wearer comfort is guaranteed via two outer shell sizes and several sized inner comfort lining. Providing the ultimate in comfort while holding the head in a firm, but soft manner. INTERIOR_A unique blend mixture of highly absorbent materials which KBC calls AIRLUX, coolmax, and alcantara fabric mix. Featuring AIRNET gauze sections, developed by KBC to absorb and wick away moisture providing a more comfortable interior climate. The lining as with all KBC helmets is fully removable and washable. Replacements are available providing a longer lasting durable helmet solution. Cheek pads available from 20mm-35mm. Includes removable breath guard. VENTILATION_AR1 ventilation is provided by a fully controllable, multi-vent airflow system. Mouth vent and shield demist system and also external venturi air flow ducts to the top of the helmet with open close venturi switches with tunnel venting through the inner EPS lining. SHIELD_2mm molded polycarbonate "uni-curve" flat race shield for optimum optical clarity and racing tear off system. Iridium mirror coated shields and dark or light colored tints available. SHIELD MECHANISM_Quick release. No tools required!. Multi-position shield ratchet mechanism. RETENTION SYSTEM_Die stamped and laser polished double chin strap manufactured from super tough steel. SIZING_Two shell sizes. Interior fitments: XXS-52, XS-54, S-56, M-58, L-60, XL-62, XXL-63/64. GRAPHICS/PAINTWORK_Exbrite multi-colored race style graphics, or solid colors in metallic gloss or matte finish. High gloss UV protection HS clear coat.
